Nuzul Holdings is a closed Bahraini joint stock company incorporated in the Kingdom of Bahrain under the Bahrain Commercial Companies Law No. 21/2001 and is registered with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce under the Commercial Registration (CR) number 57409.

Prior to its renaming on November 22, 2006, Nuzul Holdings BSC (C) was known as Mena Serviced Residence Holdings BSC (C). The Company had embraced this title in April 2006, following its initial incorporation in July 2005 as Addax Real Estate Holdings BSC (C).

The Company operates from its registered office located at Building 485, Road 1010, Sanabis, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain, with an authorized share capital of US$ 500 million issued and a paid-up capital of US$ 100 million.
